Sign Up For The 8th Annual “Bridging the Spectrum” Symposium on Scholarship and Practice!

As we enter the new year, it’s time to plan your professional development for 2016. A great way to start is by signing up for the 8th Annual “Bridging the Spectrum” Symposium on Scholarship and Practice. The symposium will be held at the Pryzbyla Center, Catholic University of America, on Friday, February 12, 2016, from 9:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Registration is now open. To ensure your place, please go to: https://regstg.com/Registration/Registration.aspx?rid=cce69181-0209-4987-bc61-f013b73c0c02 . The fee is $25.00, which helps to defray expenses of the event, including morning coffee and lunch. All attendees must pre-register; no on-site registrations will be accepted. Please include any disability accommodations or special dietary needs when you register, or contact the Symposium Committee at cua-lis-symposium@cua.edu<mailto:cua-lis-symposium@cua.edu> or 202-319-5551.

This is the only DC-area symposium that brings together practitioners, students, and faculty from all sectors of the information professions for a day of sharing and collaboration. Details of the program are available at http://lis.cua.edu/symposium/2016/ .

Seats are limited, so register early! Past symposia have sold out! We anticipate that this one will too.
